The associate clearly explained the entire painting process, which set clear expectations. Color Selection: The in-store color selection process was fantastic. Using a digital image of our house, the team offered a realistic visualization of the outcome and recommended superior color and product options, leading to an excellent final choice. Execution & Quality: The painting work has been of high quality. The painters were clearly experienced and skilled, and their attention to detail resulted in a very good finish. Areas for Improvement (Logistics & Preparation) While we are very satisfied with the overall service and final result, efficiency could be enhanced by improving site preparation and logistics management: Equipment Readiness: There were delays due to missing equipment. For instance, the team brought the bamboo but forgot the necessary rope. Additionally, a ladder was not initially provided, and after we were unable to supply one, the team had to arrange it from an external location. Bringing all necessary tools (scaffolding components, ladders, etc.) in a single, complete delivery would greatly streamline the setup and prevent delays. Floor Protection: We recommend ensuring the painting crew brings and uses dedicated floor sheets or spreads before starting work. This would significantly minimize spillage during the painting process and make the final post-painting cleanup efforts easier and more efficient. In summary, we are very satisfied with the professionalism, quality of work, and customer service provided by Surya Traders and believe addressing these logistical points would perfect the customer experience.
